WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?
Hibernate is a potent combination of zinc orotate, magnesium citrate, vitamin D3, and an all-important micro-dose of melatonin. These nutrients are essential for healthy sleep regulation, and we want to make sure you have just the right amount. (Intense exercise, especially, depletes magnesium and zinc.)

WHY SHOULD I TAKE IT EVERY DAY?
This may be the best thing about Hibernate - the formula works cumulatively, and the effects are better the longer you take it. It isn't meant to be a quick fix at all, though MANY people love it their very first night. Our goal is to address the underlying causes of your sleep problems and improve your long-term health, wellness, and immunity.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The fact is, your brain needs specific ingredients to “make sleep.” Melatonin and magnesium are most important, but plenty of others are involved.
Unfortunately, TVs and phone screens prevent our brains from producing melatonin, and modern industry-farmed foods lack the other nutrients.
For example, half of US adults don't get enough magnesium. Older adults are more vulnerable to this problem. Women are at higher risk. And hard-training athletes tend to be in a chronic state of deprivation.
This is bad. Without magnesium, your brain can’t process GABA, a neurotransmitter that allows you to relax at night. No wonder no one can sleep.

No way! You've already got Hibernate's vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in in your body, just at suboptimal levels. Hibernate isn't a soporific drug. It helps you sleep in a natural way, so grogginess the next morning is almost impossible.
CAN I TAKE HIBERNATE AFTER DRINKING ALCOHOL?
Although a number of customers argue that Hibernate helps beat hangovers, we don’t recommend you try this. Hibernate contains melatonin, which when combined with alcohol can affect your liver's ability to create certain enzymes. This could potentially cause increased drowsiness, dizziness, risk of falling or fainting, or trouble breathing. Instead, we recommend a strong multivitamin, a giant green juice, or big glass of water and chlorella. Trust us. You'll thank us in the morning.
CAN I TAKE MORE THAN ONE DOSE?
No, only take the recommended dose - 3 capsules. Hibernate is carefully calibrated to provide an exact, wonderful, beautiful micro-dose of melatonin. Take more, and you risk getting the same groggy side effects and shallow sleep that cheap OTC melatonin gives you, and your stomach won't like it.

DOES HIBERNATE HAVE DROWSY SIDE EFFECTS?
No way! Hibernate doesn't sedate you with chemicals like sleeping pills or alcohol. Normal sleep drugs work by mimicking or blocking normal chemical processes in your brain. Hibernate only makes sure that your body has what it needs to fall asleep in a normal, natural way.
You may feel a sense of physical relaxation after taking Hibernate (hence why it's so popular for recovery among athletes). Many sexually active males also report increased "randiness" and ejaculate volume as a side effect. (Wives love it!) But when it comes to waking up in the morning, you should feel as natural and clear-headed as ever.
WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO WAKE UP FOR MY CHILD?
Absolutely! You may be thinking of the many sleep drugs that render users unconscious and inflict short-term amnesia. Hibernate doesn't do this at all! Oh man, Hibernate works wonders for jet lag! Even the gnarliest, 12-time zone, Japan-to-New York jet lag disappears in 3-4 nights.
HOW MANY SERVINGS ARE IN A BOTTLE?
30 in every bottle. Each serving is 3 capsules. However, people of a very low bodyweight (115lbs or less) may find that Hibernate works well for them with only 2 capsules. They're super lucky, as the laws of mathematics thus give them 45 servings in every bottle. For most people however, there are 30 servings of delicious sleep in every bottle.
IS IT SAFE TO GIVE TO MY CHILD?
This product hasn't been tested on children. It is not recommended for individuals under the age of 18.
DOES HIBERNATE INCLUDE GABA?
No, Hibernate doesn't include GABA. We learned that optimized magnesium levels negates the need for excess synthetic amino acids floating around in your head. In fact, researchers have known for nearly 20 years that GABA receptors are regulated by the amount of serum magnesium present. Much as it does with melatonin, magnesium acts as an agonist for these GABA receptors and actually helps them work. In fact, they don’t seem to work well without it. Thus, many sleep problems likely aren’t related to GABA deficiency, but more likely magnesium deficiency.
