When will I get my order?

As soon as possible! Orders received before 12 noon ship that Business Day. Orders received between 12 noon Friday through 12 noon Monday will ship on Monday. This generally means you'll receive your order in 2-7 days. 

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not. Hibernate is only sold in the USA.

What are your shipping charges?

Free!

Can I get my Hibernate delivery expedited?

Not at this time, though we're actively working on a seamless expedited option.

Do you offer shipping to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we do. Just choose "standard" shipping and you'll be fine.
